Pascale Petit (born 20 December 1953),^[1] is a French-born British poet of French, Welsh and Indian heritage.

She was born in Paris and grew up in France and Wales.

Poet Pascale Petit, our interviewee, was born to a Welsh mother and French father and grew up between Paris and Wales.

I trained in sculpture at the Royal College of Art, and spent the first part of my life as a sculptor.

I met Pascale Petit while studying at Oxford, and we became friends over the course of the single trimester she tutored me.

Mama Amazonica is an intoxicating mix of unsettling poems centred around Pascale Petit's relationship with her mother.
