And he was a teacher in the Islāmic University.

And he studied under major scholars and memorized the Qurʾān during his childhood, despite him being blind.

Allāh took his two eyes while he was about 2 or 3 years of age. That is, he was still small. May Allāh preserve him.

However, blindness and lack of sight did not hinder him from seeking knowledge.
